It is easy to understand Heather and Mark. They speak clearly and with a slight Australian accent.

3. Videos

Finally, there is a video track as a bonus. During its 150-minute duration, Mark Ling and Heather Matthews share their thoughts on manifesting what you desire. Videos can be used on their own, but were created as a review/recap of the course. There are 27 videos totaling 7-20 minutes, so this is comprehensive, and I would say it is an excellent addition to help us remember and understand what we learned.

A 15-page health guide is the second bonus. Exercises can also improve your health.

This is the last bonus. Mark Ling shares the system’s basics in a 2.5 hour video. This is another easy-to-understand module, and Mark presented it with slides so we can see what he means.

• Taking the theory and putting it into practice will take some time to complete the book. While they recommend following a fixed program, there is no set time-frame for this, so you may start, pause and resume as you please.
• I enjoy reading a lot. If you’re not much of a reader, then the audio content is for you. An e-book’s contents are all available in audio format, which can be transferred to a phone or MP3 player for listening. Quite a few audio files were available, which surprised me. The majority of it is usually for reading and some is for listening.
• It’s a good sign. Throughout the e-book or audio file, there is a recap portion at the end of each chapter, which helps users review what they’ve learned and be more prepared for future chapters. The fact that not every book/course does this is helpful to me. Personally, I prefer.

Some people might not find it useful, but I do. After all, I remember more after all, so it may be a good thing in the end.
